Wayshrine Ascent is led by Peter Whiting, an award-winning executive with a 13-year track record of delivering large-scale cost efficiencies and revenue growth.
Peter’s career is defined by versatility. As the former Managing Director of Beech’s Confectionery Group, he successfully navigated the business through unprecedented volatility, managing volatile raw material cost increases while integrating acquisitions and securing listings with major supermarkets.
Prior to this, Peter served as a Management Consultant in the public sector, delivering restructuring projects for the NHS that were recognised by the Health Service Journal (HSJ).
He brings a rare combination of skills: the ability to build financial models that stand up to board scrutiny, and the practical know-how to stand on a production line and digitise processes for immediate efficiency gains.
